Pavilion Gardens Artist and Designer Fair....

Here are a few snaps of my stall at the Artist and Designer Fair.

It was a really lovely and successful weekend and finally got me feeling festive...

Alton Christmas Fair...

Saturday 10th December, 1pm - 3pm

Alton Village Hall

I will have a selection of Christmas treats and lovely gifts...

come along and get in to the Christmas spirit.

These colourful cast porcelain pieces are inspired by some beautiful bottles I was given a few months back. Some have glaze around the rims, some are spotty but all are completely unique and made by my own fair hands.

Not only do they look lovely as a little collection with or without a cork, but they also provide the perfect display for garden flowers and make sweet little gifts.

I have absolutely loved making these bottles and hope you enjoy them as much as me....

Artists and Designers Fair...

On the 3rd and 4th December I will be at the Artists and Designers Fair at The Pavilion Gardens, Buxton. Opus Gallery

Sorry for the lack of posts recently - I have been extremely busy on a design work placement. However all will be back to normal as of September, when I will be setting up my own studio enabling me to continue making! I can't wait!

However for now I have one update -

My work is now available to purchase in the 'Opus Gallery' situated in the lovely market town of Ashbourne, Derbyshire. The 'Opus Gallery' are stocking my earrings, necklaces, cluster pieces with or without the walnut base and my tall individual pieces.

busy busy busy...

Just a quick update on what I'm getting up to over the next couple of weeks....

Tomorrow I am heading to Earth and Fire at Rufford Craft Centre - where Nottingham Trent has a stand. I will have a couple of pieces on display along with an abundance of seconds between £5-£15, necklaces, earrings and cards! It’s a really lovely event and I really do recommend a visit.

Then on Monday 27th I will be jumping on the train to London to set up for New Designers Part 1, 29th June - 2nd July 2011.

...it's all very exciting...and to top it off I now have a studio space which I don't plan to begin making in or have fully up and running until September...but I will keep you updated on its and my process and set up over the summer.

Degree show.....

Its been a tough - but finally the degree show is up and open. I have had some fantastic feedback and really appreciate everyone's comments.

If you are interested in coming to see the show its open until Sunday 12th June, in the Bonington Building, Dryden Street, Nottingham Trent University.
